Navient participates in veterans job fair in Delaware
MIDDLETOWN, Del., Aug. 3, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Navient, the nation's leading loan management, servicing and asset recovery company, joined other local employers today to participate in the first of two scheduled job fairs in Delaware targeted at military veterans.

More than 100 veterans attended the job fair at the Middletown Memorial Fire Hall, sponsored by U.S. Sen. Tom Carper, U.S. Sen. Chris Coons and U.S. Rep. John Carney.
The company provided a list of jobs currently available, including customer service, accounting, reporting and analytics, plus other corporate roles. Jobs available in Delaware are located at the company's Newark and Wilmington offices.

Navient will return for the second job fair to be held at Wilmington University's Dover campus on Sept. 3 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Representatives from veteran support agencies will also be available with information about resources to help veterans excel in the job market, including résumé writing and job interview tips.
